This workshop does not require any prior experience. We will assume you have never touched a rope before for this purpose.
Our goal is to give you a taste of what Kinbaku can be.
The workshop will run for 3 hours included small breaks.
You will learn how to handle ropes for bondage, several basic ties and how to tie them beautifully and effectively
(including wrists, chest, and if time permits legs), practice a connection exercise to experiment with creating intimacy using rope, as well as time for questions and open discussion.
Max. 6 couple.
Price per. couple 450,- DDK
The dojo will be open one hour before start. During the WS we will provide hot and cold drinks as well as fruit.

Private tuition
One to one teaching
Receive “one to one” lesson from Tina & Yukinaga Max, owner and founder of Copenhagen Shibari Dojo.
“One to one” lesson is the most optimal way for you to learn Japanese Kinbaku. Receiving private tuition is very important and very beneficial, because it will gives us the opportunity to give 100% focus to one student.
In the private lessons we quickly teach you proper techniques and eliminate bad habits and have the opportunity to see exactly what you need in your way to progress. The model will also get a lot of tips and tricks in making Shibari more firm, pretty and enjoyable, both for body and soul.
Weekly training
For dojo members
The weekly training is based on the team and the couples educational level and experience in Japanese Kinbaku.
Currently, there are 4 classes at various levels. Each level has its own training schedule. Based on the schedule, you will be taught and trained both the theoretical knowledge and the practical skills.
This will ensure that the student is in continuous progress and fully understand the techniques – both the historical background and the contemporary use. All Instructors at the dojo are all highly graduated and have years of experience in shibari and receive weekly training by the dojo Sensei Yukinaga Max.
